Do you offer free shipping?
We do offer free shipping on all order between $5000 and above. We try our best to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. We will continue to work hard to get them even lower so that we can pass these savings on to you. Most of the time our pricing is the best in the industry, even after shipping costs are added in. But sometimes we can be beat. When this happens we hope that our extremely fast shipping and excellent customer service will make up for the difference!

Can I pick my order up at the warehouse?
Unfortunately, we are not set up to accommodate pickups at our warehouse. The only way to receive an order from us is to have it shipped to your location.
Can you ship to my location?
We ship to most locations within the continental U.S., but due to the unique nature of our products and constantly changing laws there are certain places to which we can only ship discretely. These include:
– New York City (we can ship to most other areas in the state of New York)
– Chicago and several surrounding cities (we can ship to most other areas in the state of Illinois)
– Washington, DC
– All other international locations
When will I receive my order?
Faster than anyone else in the industry!
If your order is placed before 3pm EST on a business day, it will ship the same day unless your local or state law requires us to obtain some additional information from you. If your order is placed after 3pm EST or on a weekend/holiday, it will ship the following business day.
All orders ship by UPS, FedEx or TTL ground. Transit times are generally 1-5 business days depending on your distance from our Knoxville, Tennessee warehouse.
How can I track my order?
On the day your order is scheduled to ship, you will receive an e-mail from our office containing the tracking number for your order. Your tracking number may not work until UPS, FedEx or TTL scans your product into their system. If your tracking number isn’t working, please check again after our last scheduled pick-up at 8PM EST.
How is my order packaged and shipped?
Orders are shipped in the original manufacturer boxes and without signature required unless you request otherwise.
Can my order be shipped with an adult signature required?
Yes! You can request that your order be shipped adult signature required (“ASR”) by selecting this option during checkout. If you miss the ASR option during checkout, please contact us immediately and we will try to catch your package before it leaves our warehouse.
Can my order be shipped in a discreet package or plain cardboard box?
Yes! You can request that your order be shipped in a plain cardboard box by selecting the “Overbox” option during checkout. If you miss the overbox option during checkout, please contact us immediately and we will try to catch your package before it leaves our warehouse.
